Bog oak is a rare and highly durable material, made from trees preserved in natural peat bogs. Due to its rarity, durability and variations in appearance, bog oak has been used to make sgian dubhs for hundreds of years.

This hadcrafted bog oak sgian dubh is a unique piece of Scottish history, and can be a family heirloom for generations.
