Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your goods within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange. As long as the item is unopened and unused this will be accepted for a refund or exchange immediately. We are unable to accept the return of goods after 14 days unless they are faulty.

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery. To do this please e-mail, call or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, however, a brief explanation will help us improve the service we offer in the future. If you cancel you must return the goods within 14 days of cancelling at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Refunds will be paid within 14 days of receiving the returned undamaged goods.

Send your item(s) in their original packaging and delivery note to us by second-class post and get a postal receipt from the post office.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights, for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described. If there is a problem with your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us and we will be happy to refund or exchange them. We will refund your return postage costs.
