Red & Blue Heathergems Daywear Sgian Dubh with Brown Leather Sheath.

This Heathergems Sgian Dubh comes with a stainless steel blade. 

Made to order - Can take up to two weeks for production.

Heathergems are handcrafted from the stems of Scottish heather. The heather is collected from the Perthshire hills. The stems are then dried, shot blasted to remove the bark and dyed in various colours. The stems are then mixed and compressed into a block. Approximately eighty tons of pressure is required to press the stems together.

The heather handles are handcrafted by our skilled craftworkers before being lacquered to give the final finish. This unique process means no two handles are the same.  

Supplied in a Sgian Dubh Co presentation box.
